1. general provisions

This policy of personal data processing is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law dated 27.07.2006. No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure of personal data processing and measures to ensure personal data security taken by Blagodarin LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

1.1 The Operator sets as its most important goal and condition of its activity the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms during the processing of personal data, including the protection of the rights to privacy, personal and family secrecy.

1.2 This Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website vkusrusrus.com. The Operator does not control and is not responsible for the websites of third parties, to which the User can go through the links available on the Website vkusrusrus.com.

2. Basic concepts used in the Policy

2.1 Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data by means of computer equipment;

2.2 Blocking of personal data - temporary cessation of personal data processing (except for cases when processing is necessary to clarify personal data);

2.3 Website - a set of graphic and informational materials, as well as computer programs and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at the network address vkusrusrus.com;

2.4 Personal data information system - a set of personal data contained in databases and information technologies and technical means ensuring their processing;

2.5. Personal data depersonalization - actions as a result of which it is impossible to determine without using additional information whether personal data belong to a particular User or other subject of personal data;

2.6 Processing of personal data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with the use of automation means or without the use of such means with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data; the Operator processes the User's data until the User submits an application for revocation of the Agreement with the Operator.

2.8 Personal Data - any information relating directly or indirectly to a certain or defined User of the website vkusrusrus.com;

2.9. User - any visitor of the website vkusrusrus.com;

2.10. Provision of personal data - actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;

2.11. Dissemination of personal data - any actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite number of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarization of personal data to an unlimited number of persons, including disclosure of personal data in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

2.13. Destruction of personal data - any actions, as a result of which personal data are irretrievably destroyed with the impossibility of further recovery of the content of personal data in the personal data information system and (or) material carriers of personal data are destroyed.

3 The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

3.1 Personal information that the User provides about himself/herself when registering (creating an account) or while using the Website and its services, including the User's personal data. Information mandatory for the provision of the Services is marked in a special way. Other information is provided by the User at his/her discretion.

3.2 Data that are automatically transmitted to the Site services in the process of their use by means of the software installed on the User's device, including IP-address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program with the help of which the services are accessed), technical characteristics of equipment and software used by the User, date and time of access to the services, addresses of the requested pages, referrer (address of the previous page) and other similar information.

5. Legal basis of personal data processing

5.1 The Operator processes the User's personal data only if it is filled in and/or sent by the User through special forms located on the vkusrusrus.com website. By filling in the relevant forms and/or sending his/her personal data to the Operator, the User expresses his/her consent to this Policy.

5.2 The Operator processes anonymized data about the User if it is allowed in the User's browser settings (cookies and JavaScript technology enabled).

6. Procedure for collection, storage, transfer and other types of personal data processing

6.1 The Users' personal information is stored on the territory of the Russian Federation in compliance with all requirements established by the current Russian legislation.

6.2 The User's personal information is kept confidential, except for cases when the User voluntarily provides information about himself/herself for public access to an unlimited number of persons (e.g., publication of reviews). In such cases, the User agrees that a certain part of his personal information becomes publicly available.

6.3 The site has the right to transfer the User's personal information to third parties in the following cases:

6.7 The Website Administration together with the User shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

7. Liability

7.1 The Site Administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, shall be liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unauthorized use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.2 In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information the Website Administration shall not be liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public domain before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from the third party before the moment of its receipt by the Site Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed with the User's consent.

8. Final provisions:

8.1. The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

8.2 The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its placement on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
